Grand Opening Weekend featuring the debut of the new furnished model center at Paseo. Nine new furnished flats and townhome models and four new casita models are open.
The Grand Opening events kick off on Friday, Jan. 23, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the new model center with music and food. There will also be trolley service to the single-family home models and the Village Center amenities, where the pub will be open for guests.
On Saturday and Sunday, there will be music, food and arts and crafts exhibitions at the Village Center's resort-style pool from 1 to 5 p.m..
Prices at Paseo begin at $179,990.
