Stock Development reports that construction of two building in Alden Woods is advancing. The second floor has been poured on the two lakefront buildings which are scheduled for completion this fall. Alden Woods is a neighborhood of 116 coach homes priced starting in the $260,000s. Each building contain four units; two upstairs and two downstairs. Ranging from 1,657 to 2,040 square feet under air, each home includes two bedrooms, a den/study, two baths, a screened and covered lanai, and either a one- or two-car attached garage. Most floor plans feature lake and preserve views. Also under construction in Alden Woods is a neighborhood clubhouse complex. Scheduled to open within a month, the facility includes a clubhouse with pool, spa and furnished sundeck. Thirty-five furnished models are on display in 13 neighborhoods at Lely Resort.
